Two stone pillars with Arabic inscription mark the entrance to the mountain enclave of Masfut. The monument was commissioned in 1961 and serves as a local historical landmark.

A small 19th-century castle stands on a mountain hill on the northern outskirts of Masfout. Stone, clay and local wood are used in the structure, which has two rooms and a gate.
